+Who pays for home health care?
Most of our skilled services are covered by Medicare and Medi-Cal when ordered by your physician. Our intake team verifies coverage before care begins so there are no surprises.
+How quickly can care begin?
For most referrals received before noon on a business day, we complete the in-home assessment within 24–48 hours and start visits immediately afterward.
+Do I need a doctor's order?
Yes — home health services are physician-directed. If you don't have an order yet, our coordinators can reach out to your provider on your behalf.
+What areas do you serve?
We currently serve communities throughout California, with bilingual clinicians available for Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog and more.
+Will I see the same caregiver each visit?
Whenever possible, yes. We assign a primary clinician to each patient to build trust and continuity, with a familiar back-up team for coverage.
