Frequently asked questions

Who qualifies for home health care?
Patients who are under a physician's care, need skilled services, and are considered homebound generally qualify. Our intake team can help confirm eligibility for your plan.
How quickly can care start?
Most patients are admitted within 24–48 hours of receiving a referral and physician's order. Urgent cases can often start the same day.
Will my regular doctor stay involved?
Yes. We work directly under your physician's plan of care and provide regular updates on your progress.
How often will a clinician visit?
Visit frequency depends on your plan of care — typically one to three visits per week, adjusted as your condition improves.
